Jim Wylie Show in mid-flow

Hello Friends,

Well, the Jim Wylie show is well underway and we had a fantastic response on the opening day even though the Glenshee road was shut and it was “blowing a hoolie”.

I decided to serve Mulled Wine, thinking that the least we could do was to try to heat up our visitors who had braved the wild tundra conditions. Freezing weather aside - It turned out to be a really great day with a really nice “vibe” in the gallery.

Next up is Francis Boag, I’m already putting together the information and assembling the show.

Now, I must return to my framing.

Untill Next time.

March 22, 2008 to May 1, 2008

Well friends: Its all getting very busy here in the Tundra. I’m currently putting together the last details of the Jim Wylie show and the paintings should arrive on Thursday, for the very keen people out there. The official opening is on Saturday the 22nd March at 1.30pm and I’m going to have wine and soft drinks and maybe even crisps and nuts if we’re lucky.

The show itself is stunning and once again Jim has provided me with some really amazing works. Please see “Jim Wylie Show 2008” section on the site.

Otherwise, things are slowly thawing out in Braemar and the daffs are starting to poke up through the soil - thank goodness. Its been a long winter.
